Leg Cutter
The Leg Cutter is to be used for cutting the back half into quarters as well as cutting out the backstrip with a width ranging between 16 and 50 mm.
Available in standard version with 2 knives for cutting out the back strip, the machine also can be equipped with a reconstruction set to divide the back half in two parts only by cutting through the spine.
